Our annual events are always intended to be vibrant celebrations of Indian traditional dance and music.
Our first annual show in the December of 2023 featured stunning performances from both the academy's talented students and
guest artists. The audience was captivated by a rich array of classical and semi-classical dance forms,
showcasing the beauty and depth of India's cultural heritage. This inaugural event successfully highlighted
the academy's dedication to preserving and promoting Indian dance traditions while providing a platform for
students to shine alongside experienced performers.

Tarangini Dance Academy was honored to be a part of Southampton Mela 2024, invited by Art Asia to
showcase their artistry on both the main and community stages. Embracing the theme "Monsoon
Magic of India," the academy delivered captivating performances that reflected the vibrant and
enchanting essence of the monsoon season through classical and semi-classical dance.

At the HPCA's Durga Puja show of 2022, Tarangini Dance Academy represented the state of Odisha with a
performance that attempted to highlight the region’s rich cultural heritage. The theme of the event
celebrated India's diverse states through performing arts, and Tarangini's performance showcased the
elegance and intricacy of Odissi dance.
